He led the launch of the industry’s first RPA marketplace and recently guided the development of a proprietary LLM that outperformed market leaders, like GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet.​

Henrique has spent the last 10 years leading successful product launches at high-growth startups (Series A to C) and public tech companies. With a strategic and hands-on approach, he consistently brought innovative products to market through smart positioning, cross-functional collaboration, and effective go-to-market strategies.
HP Inc. - Consumer DaaS
At HP Inc., Henrique managed the launch and go-to-market strategy for the Consumer Device as a Service (DaaS) solution, bundling hardware, software, and services into a subscription-based model. His efforts led to a significant boost in web traffic—reaching 90,000 monthly page views within 10 months—and contributed to substantial revenue growth through an innovative digital strategy.
Automation Anywhere - Digital Worker
Henrique played a key role in the launch of Automation Anywhere’s Digital Worker initiative, which automated entire workflows using AI-powered bots. This product launch was a major success, helping to secure $290 million in Series B funding. Henrique collaborated with stakeholders across product and marketing to shape the product’s narrative and positioning, making it a standout in the automation industry.
Automation Anywhere - Industry’s First RPA Marketplace
At Automation Anywhere, Henrique led the launch of the world’s first Robotic Process Automation (RPA) marketplace, the Bot Store. This initiative created a new revenue stream and set a standard for automation solutions. Henrique worked closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to craft messaging, ensure a smooth go-to-market process, and educate customers and partners. In its first year, the Bot Store saw over 100,000 downloads and 47% growth in inventory, becoming a key part of the company’s strategy.
Unbabel - Tower Large Language Model
As the sole Product Marketing lead at Unbabel, Henrique spearheaded the launch of TowerLLM, a new language model focused on translation-related tasks that outperformed GPT-4 and Claude. The product garnered significant media coverage, being featured by major news outlets. Henrique worked closely with Unbabel's CTO and engineering team, owning the go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and content creation to ensure TowerLLM made a strong impact in the market.
